Ingredients:
1 Banana
½ Cup Frozen berries (your choice)
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond milk
1 Tablespoon LSA or 10 raw almonds
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Melted canna-coconut oil

Method:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
