If you like the classic combination of peaches and cream, you’re going to love this easy recipe for marijuana infused peach ice cream! With only some minor prior prep work needed in order to make the requisite and all too important ‘cannacream,’ within a few short hours you can be enjoying this delicious recipe which yields plenty for the whole crew to be able to indulge!

Prep: 30 minutes | Cook: 20 minutes | Servings: 8 Servings
6 ea Sweet Georgia Peaches, pitted and chopped
2 ea eggs
1 cup CannaCream
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 T Vanilla
1 Qt Milk
1 pt 1/2 & 1/2
1 ea Lemon, zest and juiced
1 cup sugar
In one pan sautee the peaches in 2 Tablespoons of medicated butter on medium heat. After 2-3 minutes add the 1 cup of brown sugar and cook until dissolved and then add CannaCream bring to a boil set aside. In the other pot bring the 1/2 & 1/2 and milk to a simmer and shut off.
Now grab a fresh bowl with your egg yolks in it, gradually sprinkle in the cup of white sugar and whisk until thick and pale. This should take about 3-5 minutes.
Now this is where it gets fun. Ladle the warm dairy mixture into the yolk/sugar mixture and be sure to stir constantly. Once you have poured the entire dairy mix into the yolks strain it and add your peach mixture.
Add this mixture to your ice cream machine and follow the directions. about 30 minutes and 3 hours in a deep freeze is good.
