Yummy, yummy, yummy. I think french food is delicious and one of France’s most traditional recipes is ratatouille. It is one of the most feel good and tasty dishes on the planet. I am Christine Sclafani and I came up with the idea of Ganjatouille.

Ratatouille made with cannabis oil. Just replace the regular olive oil you would use with cannaoil and you will make this into a super feel good dish if you know what I mean. Of course you know what I mean. Anyways, what you really need to know is how to make ratatouille and I will make it as easy for you as I can.

There are 3 parts. First, you have to pick a bunch of your favorite vegetables, tomatoes and mushrooms and slice them all to the same thickness. I personally don’t like eggplant, but a lot of recipes call for it. Slice yellow squash, onions, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and anything else you would like and take the time to arrange the different slices all together in a spiraling layer at the bottom of a crock pot. You should still have lots of sliced vegetables left over.

Second, in a saucepan you can simmer crushed tomatoes and season them with garlic, onions and herbs, but a lot of people just use cans of tomato paste. Whatever you decide, season it well and I use a creme fraiche in it. It’s a creamy cheese, and there is a vegan alternatives for it too. Obviously we are using our cannaoil to saute all of this together. Once done smooth out a layer of the thick sauce on top of the veggies at the bottom of the crock part. Then layer more of the slice veggies on top of the sauce and then layer more of the sauce on top of that. Do it all one more time so your crock pot it full. Third, preheat your oven to about 400, put the lid on the crock pot and let it cook for about an hour. When it’s done I will be your favorite person on the planet.
