Cannabis Tourism Is A Hit In Colorado As MaryJane Group Announces A New Bud And Breakfast Venue

Ancillary businesses in the marijuana industry seem to be doing very well these days and in Colorado, cannabis tourism is hot. In fact, so many tourists are heading out to the fully legal state to partake, tourism company The MaryJane Group announced today that their Bud+Breakfast brand is expanding with the Hotel San Ayre in Colorado Springs. According to an article in StockHouse.com, the venue will be the third location, joining two Bud+Breakfast spots in the Denver area.

As like with the other B&Bs, Hotel San Ayre will give guests the chance to enjoy a cannabis-themed vacation that will include both education and enjoyment. According to The MaryJane Group, “Bud+Breakfast San Ayre is a contemporary, boutique-inspired former motel property located in the heart of Colorado Springs. The property is currently accepting reservations for its July 15th opening and will offer comfortable, cannabis-friendly lodging and amenities similar to those found at The MaryJane Group’s established Bud+Breakfast locations in the Denver area (Bud+Breakfast Adagio and Bud+Breakfast Silverthorne).”

MaryJane Group CEO Joel Schneider said, “We are committed to strengthening the canna-hospitality industry through a unique brand portfolio of guest venues and trusted partnerships with leaders in the cannabis field, and this expansion to Colorado Springs allows us to do just that. Our superior hospitality and amenities and our partnership with Cultivating Spirits, the recognized leader in cannabis education, truly set Bud+Breakfast properties apart from others in the space.”

A guest staying at Bud+Breakfast San Ayre can expect a continental Wake+Bake Breakfast; a 4:20 Happy Hour with complimentary beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres; and a safe, social, cannabis-friendly environment.

The announcement of the new location comes after The MaryJane Group made the decision to withdraw stop its support of the CannaCamp resort in Durango, Colorado. The company is still looking into ways of having the CannaCamp somewhere else in Colorado for summer 2016. As a way to give back to people who applied to CannaCamp, the MaryJane Group is offering complementary stays at Bud+Breakfast San Ayre, Bud+Breakfast Adagio or Bud+Breakfast Silverthorne.
